With 12 years of real estate experience working in the Nashville, TN area, Jacqueline has experienced the ups and downs of the market and has gained vast knowledge in successfully navigating a multitude of situations. For 14 years, Jacqueline and her husband Sean owned a property management business, managing over 280 properties among 130+ owners. Through this work they honed their expertise in what really matters when it comes to owning a manageable, profitable investment.
She also carries an Accredited Staging Professional certification that allows her to more deeply support clients in sale preparations, without having to bring in additional parties. Jacqueline and Sean have been residents of Middle Tennessee for over 18 years, and are active members of the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce.

Sean is a licensed home renovator with over 20 years of residential home maintenance experience, developed partially while owning a property management company for 14 years with wife Jacqueline. Sean loves helping clients envision the potential of a property, to truly help them discern if a home is right for them. Sean not only maintains a vetted vendor list, but also has an in-house team of service providers that cover every home maintenance need.
